Dates: April 18 & 19
Location: Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC. The registration area will be located on the ground floor as you enter from the parking lot immediately adjacent to the building.
Start Time: Registration begins at 8:00 am and the Forum program begins at 9:00 am on April 18. A continental breakfast will be set up at 8:00 am in the exhibit area.
Set Up: You may set up your booth on Monday, April 17, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm or Tuesday, April 18, beginning at 7:30 am.
Payment: Payment must be received prior to your booth set up. If you have not yet paid your sponsorship/exhibitor fee, you may use the link below to pay by credit card or your can pay by check or credit card on site.
Parking: There is a 300 space parking lot immediately adjacent to the Convention Center. These spaces are complimentary parking pending availability. If that lot is full upon your arrival, there is a parking garage across the street from the facility at Lincoln and Pendleton Streets. There is a fee for parking in the garage. City of Columbia parking garages can accept credit cards.
Booth Assignment: Please check with the Affordable Housing Coalition of SC table in the registration area upon your arrival for your booth assignment and name tags.
Exhibit Area: Your exhibit area will consist of a 6-foot skirted table and 2 chairs. There will not be pipe and drape between booths. If you have a large display that may impact your assignment, please contact Alisa Mosley at 803-808-2980 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event so this can be managed with your booth assignment.
Exhibit Hours: The exhibit area will be open during the entire Forum and all meals, breaks, and the Tuesday reception will in the exhibit area.
Electricity: If you need electricity for your exhibit booth, please contact the Columbia Convention Center directly. The form to request electricity is available at this link.

The Convention Center requests that materials arrive no earlier than April 14. For return shipment, please prepare a shipping label for your items and contact your carrier for pick on April 19 or 20 using the address above. Please note that the Convention Center will not have shipping labels and will not contact your shipper for pick up.
Registration: Attendees that were included on your registration form have been registered for the Forum. You do not need to register those attendees on the Forum registration site. If you have any changes or additions, please contact Alisa Mosley at 803-808-2980 or email@example.com.
Meals: There will breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday and a networking reception on Tuesday evening. Beverage and snack breaks are scheduled throughout both days of the Forum.
